"Loved the games room"
We really enjoyed our stay at Hank's. Clean, comfortable rooms and loved the games room and the fact that we could take our dog and the yard was secure so I didn't have to worry when I went out.

"A short walk to the beach"
Hanks was a fantastic place to spend the long weekend. My friends and I as well as my golden retriever thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The place was spotless, a short walk to the beach and had all the home comforts (including for furry friends) you could ask for. Thank you Rachel!

"Loved the board games, books and DVDs"
We (one family and another couple) loved staying at Hank's. Rachel has thought of everything you could need during your stay - from cheese knives to champagne glasses to pet bowls! We loved the board games, books and DVDs and spent lovely afternoons on the balcony chilling out. Spacious, beautiful and very thoughtfully put together. Thanks Rachel!

"Loved waking up to the sounds of birds"
Thanks Rachel. Your home was clean, bright, fresh and well appointed. It was close to the beach and just a quick car trip into town for food shopping or that relaxing coffee. The beds were so comfy and we always loved waking up to the sounds of birds. The table tennis was fun. Great selection of DVDs. It was in a beaut location, and was close by to many other wonderful beaches and walking tracks.

"The yard is fully secure and tidy"
Hank's at Mollymook is an amazing house to stay in at Mollymook. It is a 1min drive to the beach, surf club & golf club, and a 13min walk down the road. The house is about 5min drive to Ulladulla shopping district also. The house itself has everything you need from table tennis table, board games, books, plenty of tv's and all the equipment to entertain a big family or friends. The separate living areas came in handy for our stay with 4 couples in the house staying for a wedding over a weekend. All of the appliances and facilities are modern and the linen and creature comforts are all there. The kitchen you could cook a feast in and the bbq is fantastic to entertain comfortably. Being winter we enjoyed the two sun-drenched balconies during the mornings. Best part of this house was that it is dog friendly and the yard is fully secure and tidy - my labrador made it home for the weekend quite easily. There's plenty of parking too. Booking Hank's was super easy with Rachel through emails. Highly recommend Hanks to anyone and everyone. Another trip will be planned!

"Light and bright, spotlessly clean"
We had a great stay at Hank's at Mollymook and can't recommend it highly enough. Everything as expected or better! The house is light and bright, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything anyone could need. Rachel was extremely responsive before our trip with sorting out some last minute details, during the trip when we had a small mishap with the keys and after when she helped recover some property left behind.

"The house is very dog friendly"
We enjoyed a lovely week in Mollymook at Rachel's home. I found Rachel very easy to deal with and was very prompt in answering any questions we had. The house description was exactly as described. I took my 3 beagles to stay and the house is very dog friendly and the backyard is very secure. We all had a memorable time and highly recommend Rachel and her house to anyone wanting a lovely place to stay in the Mollymook area (especially with their dogs). Thanks Rachel.

"Immaculate and extremely well appointed"
My family and I (including 6 month old baby and 6 year old Golden Retriever) recently stayed at Hank’s for 8 nights in February.
All of us had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The property is very modern with plenty of natural light and all of the comforts you could wish for including a coffee maker, Weber BBQ, (that’s a breeze to cook on), a stereo system in with connectors for a number of different media devices, foosball/pool table and table tennis.
We have hired a number of holiday homes in the past but this one by far surpassed them all for the simple fact that all guests' needs had been considered (it’s clear that it used to be a family holiday home). There was a vast selection of board games, books, magazines and DVDs to keep us occupied on a rainy day (though we only had 1). We enjoyed many nights down in the rumpus room playing games and watching movies.
A very handy house manual had been thoughtfully put together with all of the appliance instructions (e.g. how to use a convection oven) as well as brochures for things to do in and around Mollymook and the greater South Coast.
My family and I joked at the fact that our every need was catered for (needs we didn't know we had until we were there). There were labels on the doors and windows advising of how to lock/unlock them, how to get a good cross breeze, etc. Labels on the BBQ, washing machine, etc. were also very helpful. Just when we thought we needed to figure something out on our own (e.g. how to work the washing machine), we’d find a handy label with a hint.
The property is immaculate and extremely well appointed with lovely towels and bedding, beautiful gardens and maintained to a high standard. Having a bathroom on each level was very convenient. The only drawback to the modern bathrooms was the fact there was no bathtub. We were creative and used the kitchen sink to bath our 6 month old. The property has heaps of off street parking as well as a great fenced yard for pets and children.
The house is located on the corner of 2 quiet streets just 1km from the beach. Although there is a bit of a hill along the way it was certainly not a difficult walk. We enjoyed strolling to the Newsagent for the morning paper and then across to the beachside takeaway shop for ice cream. The location was perfect for us and different members of our group alternated between walking down to the beach with our Golden Retriever for an early morning swim to driving down (ample parking available at the beach). Both worked very well and provided extra flexibility for each member of the family.
I must say that the entire booking process was seamless from the directions to the house to finding the key box, etc.
Hank’s at Mollymook provided us with 8 glorious nights of easy living and relaxation. It was the perfect base to enjoy a relaxing family holiday.

"Would love to come back"
We really enjoyed our stay at Hank's, it is a great location and a lovely holiday home with a nice safe beach nearby. Our 15 year old son specially loved the table tennis table in the rumpus room so spent most of his time between going to the beach and playing table tennis. We also saw Dragon in concert at Milton so all in all a great few days. We would love to come back.

"It was a pleasure to stay here"
Rachel communicated well - giving us all relevant instructions and promptly responding to our inquiries. The house was clean, bright and bountifully supplied with all to make our family Christmas celebrations a wonderful success. The table tennis and games were enjoyed immensely. It was a pleasure to stay here - close to Mollymook beach.

"Perfect for runners and dog walkers"
We had a great time at Rachel's house in Mollymook. The house is really nice: light and bright, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. There are loads of books and videos and the kids loved the ping pong and table football. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a great barbecue on the terrace. The furnishings were all very comfortable and attractive and everything seemed brand new. There was masses of space for our group of seven. The house is walking distance from a lovely and very uncrowded long beach. Perfect for runners, dog walkers, and anyone who just likes being somewhere really lovely. We also made easy day trips to Jervis Bay and other places along the South Coast. Rachel was very helpful and responded instantly to any query.

"The table tennis was a bonus"
We had a lovely time at Rachel's house in Mollymook. The house is fine for four couples and has separate quarters downstairs which gave a little privacy. The table tennis was a bonus and the local restaurant Rachel recommended was spot on for my brother's birthday lunch. It is a bit of a walk to the beach for us 60 year olds but well worth it.

"An easy walk to the beach"
"Beautifully appointed and extremely well equipped"
My friends (2 couples + 1 child), my husband and I rented Hank's at Mollymook and were thoroughly impressed with the house! The house was beautifully appointed and extremely well equipped (kitchen, electronics, games.. you name it!) to make an enjoyable holiday. Rachel was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the duration and this certainly made for one of the best experiences. Highly recommended.

Our group of four adults and two children spent three fantastic nights at Hank's at Mollymook and can't recommend it highly enough. The house is adorable and beautifully decorated and includes all sorts of unexpected extras that made it feel like home. Rachel has provided absolutely everything you could need. We were there in winter, and the house does get chilly at night, especially downstairs, but the heaters upstairs and electric blankets for all the beds kept us toasty. It's an easy walk to the beach and the house is within driving distance of all sorts of things to do. Rachel was extremely responsive and helpful and made this a great stay. Would absolutely recommend!

"Within walking distance to the beach"
We spent 4 nights at Hank's and had a wonderful family holiday. Thank you Rachel for your great hospitality. Highly recommend this as a relaxed destination, within walking distance to the beach. The house has everything you need and more. Rachel kindly provided us with some Easter eggs, which was a welcome surprise and a lovely thought. There was information leaflets about the local area and a folder with all the household information we needed. We would definitely visit again in the future. Highly recommend.
